Please refer to the measuring instructions when ordering. We are unable to take any responsibility for incorrect sizes, information or details.
Where exact colour is important please order a free colour sample to ensure accuracy. Colours can vary with PC monitors. Please note that there also may be differences due to dye batches.
Cancellations and refunds
Please check your measurements and order details prior to placing your order. As all of our products are made to measure they are not suitable for resale. Once payment is received we commence your order within 24 hours . If you decide to cancell your order you must inform us either by e mail or by ringing our customer support number. We therefore cannot accept cancellations or alterations after this 24 hour period. When ordering in your own home you have a right to 7 days cooling off period. We will not commence manufacture in that period unless you waive that right. To do so you must inform us in writing at the time of order.
We will only cancel your order if any one of the following occurs-
1) We do not deliver to your county, area or country.
2) We are no longer able to source the materials needed to make your blind.
All delivery dates given at the time of order are estimated times. Whilst we usually adhere to these dates they should not be considered a guarantee of exact delivery day or time. On occasion , an item may be out of stock. We will endevour to inform you as soon as possible if this is the case.
Receipt of Goods
Please only sign for the goods if the package is not damaged. We cannot be held responsible for damaged deliveries which have been signed for as good condition.
All of our blinds have many quality control checks built into the production process. If you have any problems or receive a faulty blind please e mail customer support immediately. You must inform us within 5 working days. We therefore advise to check all items on delivery even if they are not being fitted until later. We will deal with any problems immediately and if necessary arrange for a replacement without delay.
The only information we will use will be the details needed to process your order.
We will not sell, rent or loan any identifiable information regarding our customers to any third party.
